The training is delivered with so much patience and dedication, and management provides the kind of consistent, gentle, yet effective guidance that genuinely helps you succeed. I have felt completely supported by the entire team every step of the way, receiving invaluable insights, constant encouragement, and above all, a genuinely warm environment. It is a wonderful, collaborative environment to work in, and I am incredibly thankful to be part of this team.

      Pros

      One of the biggest positives is the flexibility. Being fully remote makes it much easier to manage work-life balance, and there’s a real level of trust given to employees to manage their own time and responsibilities. You’re not micromanaged, which creates a healthier and less stressful work environment.

      Cons

      Because the company is remote and still growing, communication can sometimes take a little longer than in an in-office environment. This isn’t a major issue, but it does require patience and clear follow-ups at times.
