Pros

Working from home saves time and money without the commute. Great coworkers, can talk to them about anything. Awesome bosses. Schedule is somewhat flexible. Great company retreats.

Cons

Training can be a bit difficult when done online.

Pros

One of the biggest positives is the flexibility. Being fully remote makes it much easier to manage work-life balance, and there’s a real level of trust given to employees to manage their own time and responsibilities. You’re not micromanaged, which creates a healthier and less stressful work environment.

Cons

Because the company is remote and still growing, communication can sometimes take a little longer than in an in-office environment. This isn’t a major issue, but it does require patience and clear follow-ups at times.

Hi there! Thank you for sharing your feedback and for highlighting the flexibility and trust within our remote work environment. We understand that communication can sometimes take longer in a remote setup, especially as we continue to grow. While best practices may be shared across teams, workflows and expectations can vary based on business and client needs. We encourage open communication and regular feedback with supervisors to ensure alignment and continuous improvement. Thank you again for being part of our community. – Moji M. HR Admin TL
