Pros

I loved working there because of the people. I relocated and they didn’t offer fully remote for my role otherwise I would still be working there.

Cons

Other consultants have great hard skills but not the best soft skills or organization. But everyone recognized this and wanted to learn and also helped me learn more hard skills.

Pros

A start-up that somehow manages to blend the right parts of a small company and a big company. Compensation, benefits, and work-life balance of a larger company with the culture, teamwork, and passion you can only find in a small business. Right now we mostly work from home, but that may change as we grow. The company is ethically run and structured as a Benefit corp. That means several things, but the big deal for me is that we're not incentivized to bill as much as possible or sell unnecessary things to clients.

Cons

None that I can think of right now.

Pros

Opportunities to learn, practice, and grow.

Cons

Toxic work environment. Everything is monitored and you have to log everything you do in a day. Worst micromanagement I have ever seen. If you make any mistakes, no matter how minor, it will be a big problem. Managers are overworked and burnt out causing delays. Take the job to get experience, kiss up, try not to mess up (or you will get fired - this job actually fires people), and then leave. PTO is not great starting out(14/15 days) and you accumulate it as you work so it'll take you 3-4 months to get 5 days off.
