Pros

Flexible to work . There were many good projects earlier but not now, after acquiring polaris.

Cons

Worked here for almost 3 years as full time employee . There were some good projects earlier but not now . You will be sitting on hot stove if you are on bench ,any time they may fire you irrespective of your performance and experience, even freshers are not spared . Hike and variable pays are not paid on time and account heads finds many reasons to loot that amount from employees . Company takes 3 months to process variable pays(variable pay till september will be settled in december if u r lucky ) and if you are on bench or moving out of project even in december your variable will not be paid. They treat you like animal if you are on notice period . I received top talent award for 2 years but just to skip my variable they made me underperformer soon after project completion . For them employees are tissues . Guys if u have some other offer than pls join that company even if u get less salary . Initially they pay high when compared to others while joining but later point of time you will feel you have lost so much money . Good luck

Pros

Opportunity to work on large-scale enterprise projects. Exposure to modern technologies and diverse client environments.

Cons

Excessive micromanagement limits autonomy and creates a lack of trust. Workplace culture suffers from poor communication and limited collaboration. Employee feedback is often ignored, making it difficult to drive positive change. Career growth and recognition are inconsistent and heavily dependent on management. Work environment can be stressful, with employee well-being receiving little attention. Leadership within Connected Commerce is a major concern. The LOB lead's management style is often perceived as disrespectful, dismissive, and overly controlling. Employees may feel uncomfortable expressing opinions or raising concerns, leading to low morale and reduced engagement. Rather than fostering a culture of trust and empowerment, the leadership approach contributes to a negative and demotivating work environment.
