Pros

01. Compensation is 10%-20% better than most big named offshore based consulting companies. 02. If you are willing to grow, and you have the capabilities in general you can go up the ladder without issues [Deteriorating] 03. Mostly you have access to upper level management if required [Deteriorating] 04. Very good company for the first time US/UK assignees 05. Level of transparency and good working culture, integrity [Deteriorating] 06. Very rarely walk away from a customer delivery issue regardless the contractual commitment or financial benefits

Cons

01. Company is losing its core values and purpose to exist and becoming just another IT commodity company 02. People focus is going down rapidly. The HR division is nothing but just to run payrolls. Extremely poor competent HR team from top to bottom. They are just coordinator team of the Delivery Organization. 03. Wrong hires at upper level bring their own corrupted values and toxic the excellent culture we used to have 10-15 years ago. 04. Increasing favoritism across all sections of the company from operation to delivery. 05. Very less focus on people development compare to its past. People becoming a commodity for the company and not the greatest assert what used to be

Pros

Opportunity to work on large-scale enterprise projects. Exposure to modern technologies and diverse client environments.

Cons

Excessive micromanagement limits autonomy and creates a lack of trust. Workplace culture suffers from poor communication and limited collaboration. Employee feedback is often ignored, making it difficult to drive positive change. Career growth and recognition are inconsistent and heavily dependent on management. Work environment can be stressful, with employee well-being receiving little attention. Leadership within Connected Commerce is a major concern. The LOB lead's management style is often perceived as disrespectful, dismissive, and overly controlling. Employees may feel uncomfortable expressing opinions or raising concerns, leading to low morale and reduced engagement. Rather than fostering a culture of trust and empowerment, the leadership approach contributes to a negative and demotivating work environment.
