Great career progression/Opportunities. Ownership/responsibility and fast paced. No micro-management, and always open to improvements and ideas. Flexible working culture and environment.

part of the dell organization and benefits from the large company

Cons

company basically fell apart once vmware raised their prices. they were too dependent on one vendor.
