Cons
Upper leadership is not paying attention to middle management and missing all of the indicators about ineffective middle level leadership. Account execs not held accountable for solid deals (lots of promises made by sales that are not reasonable to fulfill by the architects and engineers). Step out of line and the knives will be there in your back.
