There is literally nothing positive I can say about this company outside of its tie with Dell/EMC which when you are on board provide zero value.
Cons
Zero culture Zero leadership - from your manager on up to Rory - it is a joke. Constant reorgs are just normal Zero job security - constant lay offs are not a myth but very real Zero growth Zero collaboration Zero work life balance - be prepared to work weekends all the time
