      Pros

      Chill culture/ environment, you can wear whatever you want, you can vape in the office, a great place to get experience with other awesome people who are dedicated to growth

      Cons

      Taco Bell pays more. No benefits of any kind (health insurance, sick days, PTO, nothing) and no set date when the company will start offering them

      Free food sometimes on fridays

      Cons

      They require homework outside of work such as reading, attending weekly after work meetings, and pay bare minimum for a job that takes advantage of people. They make it seem like it’s a great company to work for but it’s toxic and is not sustainable long term to work there if you want to grow in your craft
