Pros
The work itself was interesting - immigration content writing and AI-assisted workflows gave good learning opportunities
Cons
Working here was a challenging experience. The management style was inconsistent and often unprofessional, with repeated threats regarding payment and job security directed at team members. Invoices were delayed without clear justification, creating unnecessary financial stress for consultants.
The approval process was completely dependent on management, which created bottlenecks that were then blamed on the content team.
Hardest part: Working in an environment where payment was used as leverage and basic professional courtesy was lacking. Multiple team members experienced similar issues.
Most enjoyable: The actual content work and learning about US immigration topics was genuinely interesting.
Would not recommend working here as a remote consultant unless you have everything in writing and are prepared for a difficult management dynamic.
