      Monthly stipend for vending machine food. Generally, good people to work with.

      There is little to no trust in the leadership and management team. The environment feels highly self‑interested, with a false sense of security that does not align with reality.

      Pros

      The leadership is horrendous and selfish - Layoffs are always imminent. I saw people get laid off every 4 months for whatever terrible decision leadership was making. Pay is awful relative to other Bay Area companies. Constantly slashing benefits (no 401K matching, snacks and food, etc). Overpriced product. Extremely rude managers (thought this was normal until I found a better and much more high paying job).
