Pros
Fix office time 9 AM to 5 PM just like government office.
Cons
1. No Per diems if you are travelling international. All reimbursements would be done as per the actual. 2. HR doesn't know any policy and does not know her job. For everything like EPFO to leave details you have to run behind her. 3. Very small organisation & leadership poke their nose in every little thing. 4. No cafeteria & also you can not go outside for lunch else leadership will ask you 1000 questions why you went outside to have food. 5. People working here are for almost 8-9 years & mostly from manufacturing. So they the old mindset & does not believe in knowledge sharing. 6. Even if you are in office after 5 PM security will close all the lights & AC in the office. 7. If you have a good rapport with Admin head then only your hike would be good else forget it.
