      Pros

      Big, cool opportunities. Friendly coworkers. Great product. Verizon benefits (esp health insurance) are strong. Senior leadership is hell-bent on succeeding--in a good way. New downtown office is one of the nicest you'll ever see.

      There's some degree of politicking and process. But show me somewhere without those...

      Pros

      I've been working here for a few years and love the team I work with. There is a lot of cross-collaboration due to the nature of the business. Pros: Competitive salary Benefits thanks to Verizon (esp. tuition reimbursement) WFH schedule

      Too many meetings People are overworked - needs to hire at a much faster pace Lack of accountability when things get broken
