Working with employers and employees is great. Working with veteran employee benefit professionals and insurance agents is awesome! Visiting providers, while generally a waste of time, was an eye opening (no pun intended) experience into the excessive greed and bizarre practices of quasi-medical professionals that really should be working in a Wal Mart, Target, or Sears.

Working for inexperienced management that has no earthly clue what they are doing, who suffer from irrational envy of successful sales professionals, is painful in the extreme. The management simply was not up to the job, and clearly did not want to do what they were doing.
