      Senior level staff are very willing to teach and train motivated employees. Lots of opportunities to try different jobs. Exposure to CNC technology.

      Cons

      No real cons. It's a smaller company, so there may be limited opportunities for upward mobility depending on your position/experience.

      They were open to giving me a shot to get back into the working force after an extended gap in my work experience. They welcomed me in like family.
