Senior management were terrible A lot of redundancies Turnover of employees was high Work was monotonous Pay was way below market average No company sick pay (only SSP) Pension scheme is poor, they contribute the bare minimum No bonus (unless you count £50 extra we once got as a bonus…) No pay review No flexible working
