      Pros

      Great co-workers. Ability to take licensing exams. Decent work/life balance (9-5). You can learn both sides of the market if you're willing.

      Cons

      Vision does not compete on salary. Upper & Mid management is a joke, and leads through fear. Company will not spend money to increase team sizes, and as a result, departments suffer with larger work loads. CEO is two faced.

      Pros

      Correspondence was seamless, had no problem closing our deal together and was paid timely and without asking. Entire team was professional and easy to work with. Responsible and encouraging ownership/management promote a culture of efficiency and collaboration.

      Cons

      Don't have any. Everyone at Vision is great and helpful
