Pros
The company makes the latest LASIK technology available to patients at an affordable price. They recognize employees for going above and beyond, they prepare employees for future growth within the organization. I can tell you there are few things in life better than watching the smile on a patient's face when they can see a clock on the wall for the first time in their life without glasses and contacts.
Cons
Open enrollment season for health plans result in a large increase in phone calls which results in working a lot of overtime, but the overtime paychecks are very nice!
