Pros

- The individual who makes the schedule is very accommodating

Cons

- Extreme micromanaging down to literally the seconds - This place has no respect for it's employees, they do not care about your well-being - Communication is very poor. No one seems to know what the actual procedures are because information is jumbled everywhere - High stress environment - Team lead who nitpicks every little thing and was very hostile.

Pros

- 70% coverage with benefits - snacks - The building is renovated

Cons

- poor management - when you first start all you're asked to do is test the patients but they slowly assign more tasks without providing the time to address them - all issues that come up fall on this role to deal with - Management will overbook appointments and not provide the help needed to address the demand - Overworked and underpaid, you will notice that other staff are not being monitored/micromanaged like this role is

Pros

I’ve been in my role at Vision Group for nearly 4 years now, and it’s been such a rewarding experience. The work brings great challenges and opportunities to push yourself while collaborating on meaningful projects. Every day is different and I’ve had the chance to think outside the box, grow both personally and professionally, and do it all alongside an incredible team. The company truly values work-life balance, which makes all the difference.

Cons

Not a con but something to consider - we often work in the “gray area” - but honestly, that’s part of what makes it so interesting. It’s a great fit for someone who enjoys challenges and a healthy mix of creative and strategic thinking.
