Pros
Pleasant colleagues and lots of projects
Cons
Everyone is running around like a chicken without its head.I accepted the role after receiving written confirmation that the company would cover part of my health insurance during the transition period. Once I started, the follow-through never happened and communication slowed whenever the topic came up.
Beyond that, the organization felt highly unstructured. Processes were unclear, ownership shifted frequently, and leadership direction changed often, making it difficult to get straightforward answers or resolve basic administrative items.
The issue wasn’t the dollar amount — it was reliability. If a company won’t honor a documented compensation commitment to a new hire, it raises immediate concerns about accountability and operational maturity.
