      You get to work with lovely "program participants" You get to meet lots of new people (due to turnover, they are constantly recruiting).

      Cons

      Leaders of the organization are mean-spirited and have no vision (ironic, huh?) for the future

      Pros

      Freedom and empowerment to create your own job, create new classes/offerings, the sky is the limit. Positive encouraging coworkers and clients.

      Cons

      The mission is nice but there are lots of stops and starts in leadership so we keep on serving the same <100 people, not innovating.
