VQS' owners instill family values into their organization. It is not often the Owner of a company calls you directly to see how you are and what he can do to support active projects. Working for VQS is a breath of fresh air and a constant reminder that entities that place people first still exist. Overall, the company goes above and beyond to ensure its employees have the necessary tools to successfully perform their function. They are always willing to provide a helping hand where possible. The company culture drives me to work harder to ensure success and longevity. I would recommend working for VQS to all.

It is often easier to identify a con than a pro... in the case of VQS, I cannot think of one con. VQS continues to inspire me to work harder for them but also for myself.
