      Company allows employ to grow after training term i got salary hike and designation hike, management is very friendly and good motivator will completing one year next month, great experience this is first job and for a fresher VSS is best company to learn as review given above i have always got my salary on salary date if someone works for 42 days n leave no company will pay these are unprofessional kids

      Nothing much as i am part of VSS wont say negative about company

      Nothing about this company is “pro”

      Cons

      They job phantom job opportunities on sites like Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc. They pull you in with the promise of great pay (mine was $22/hr and when discussing the job on the phone they bumped it to $24/hr), then when you accept the job they notify you the next day that “the client has changed the start date, we will let you know when we hear from them”. After that they completely ghost you I quit 1 job to take this, it’s been 1 month - 30 days - and I have not heard a word from this company
