It's a great place to work

Not really any thing to think of.

Nothing about this company is “pro”

They job phantom job opportunities on sites like Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc. They pull you in with the promise of great pay (mine was $22/hr and when discussing the job on the phone they bumped it to $24/hr), then when you accept the job they notify you the next day that “the client has changed the start date, we will let you know when we hear from them”. After that they completely ghost you I quit 1 job to take this, it’s been 1 month - 30 days - and I have not heard a word from this company
