Pros
- Manage your time and work well, you'll have all the free time in the world to do whatever you want. - Depending on which project/team you're assigned to , if you're damn lucky - you'll end up with a good 'work together' supportive team. Though in most cases, you'll end up in some toxic team whereby ,"if you don't play along, you might as well just get out and look for another job" - Potential grow in career is there; if you're willing to stoop low enough to brown nose or 'do whatever it takes' to climb the ladder and as long as you obey to do what you're told and get it done no matter what.
Cons
- If you're an intern, chances of you learning are perhaps rather slim as projects are fast paced and all project team members are too busy to entertain you or coach you or train you or projects are crawlingly slow with very minimal progress in which there's nothing much to do so you pretty much learn squat, zilch, nada, yilek pochi, kosong. - If you've joined with experience be it well experienced or still somewhat new to the workforce, either go with the flow or enjoy the challenges of uncomfortable toxicity from colleagues, bosses, management who may perceive to be 'friendly' but only later to feel the pain and their response - "Sorry, just doing my job". YKIKWIM -If you've joined to learn something new here, more than 80% chances you are just wasting your time.
