      Pros

      I worked at VEM from December 2020-June 2021. I went in with zero experience and walked out with a wealth of knowledge and experience. Thanks to this opportunity, I was able to land several interviews at different companies that would not have paid attention to me without the experience I got at VisionEdge. It is 110% a gamechanger for your resume.

      Cons

      If you have a busy schedule, I would possibly reconsider this internship. The experience and knowledge is great, but it is very time consuming and you are depended on immensely.

      Pros

      I worked as an intern at VEM for 8 months but the experience and skills I got out of it feel more like multiple years worth. Interns take on a lot of meaningful responsibility and the payoff to making a difference for a real company is immense. This was my first internship in college and without it, I would not have gotten the interviews, connections and follow up internship at my dream role.

      Cons

      If you are coming from Austin, the commute to Bee Cave is about 35 minutes (without traffic). Depending on deadlines, you may have to work a bit outside of your hours, but that is the industry we work in.

      Pros

      You will learn a lot about everything. From running a business to advertising products, to website management, you will learn it all. You will be very comfortable with the sales cycle and will get some experience with direct sales.

      Cons

      The pay does not reflect the work you put into this internship, and the hours can extend past what the description says on busy weeks.
