Great work environment. Upper management is very supportive of work life balance.

The company has recently downgraded the level of medical insurance coverage we used to have which is a bummer, it also used to be able to cover a spouse at the company's cost which is no longer provided. There hasn't been a raise in over 2 years. Visionquest has also lowered the amount of PTO we used to be able to receive and replaced it with floating days which amounts to less time than what we were able to accrue through the old PTO accruing system.
