Pros

Exposure to real-time projects. Early responsibility in development tasks.

Cons

Disrespectful and aggressive communication style from senior staff. Lack of mentoring culture; mistakes are criticized rather than corrected constructively. Internal politics influencing fairness and decision-making. Consistently extended working hours beyond official timing. Excessive work pressure with unrealistic expectations. Weak HR support and delayed or unclear salary/exit processes. Minimal focus on employee welfare and basic workplace amenities.

Pros

Visionary leadership, talented employees, and very supportive management. There’s a strong focus on technology and learning, and it feels safe to make mistakes and grow

Cons

Late working hours was an issue earlier, but things have improved since management enforced strict schedules. The team is quite young, so it might feel like a cultural shock initially, but over time it becomes easier to adapt. People are very straightforward and may show their frustration openly. If you are too sensitive and get offended easily, don't join. Else all is okay.

Pros

The only positive thing here is the salary. The pay is slightly higher than the market average.

Cons

• Absolutely no work-life balance — you’re expected to work a minimum of 12 hours daily. • Even though it’s officially a 5-day office week, you’ll be constantly called on weekends to work from home, with no extra leave or compensation. • No defined process, no policies, and no proper IT department to support employees. • HR is just a puppet — they can’t help with anything or stand up for employees. • Toxic environment — seniors and even the owner regularly scold and humiliate people in front of others. • There are serious ethical issues — some employees misuse or gossip about personal information of female colleagues, and management ignores such behavior. • Overall, it’s a chaotic and unhealthy workplace where professionalism is missing completely. Final Verdict: Do not join this company unless you’re okay with sacrificing your personal life, mental peace, and self-respect just for money. The high pay isn’t worth the constant stress and lack of structure.
