There are none, no basic pay. No employee rights. This is a horrible place to work, a job based purely on lies.
Cons
Everything that could be done wrong within a company is epitomised by this sham of a company. I would recommend that you avoid this place at all costs. I was only told that I would be selling funeral plans in shopping centres at the second interview and promised a salary of £250 a week which didn't come to fruition. I was told that i would be managing and organising events and learning to become a manager, when it really involves putting cards on a table and learning a pitch. There is no real training and have been left out of pocket for a summer job. I was told that my travel costs would be paid and haven't received a penny. The "Managing Director" refuses to answer my calls.
