Visionet has the right blend of technology and services offerings. It needs two things to grow to the next level and create a niche, it deserves, in the market space it operates. A) The aggressive push by the management on branding and acquiring new customers. B) Strong and committed management team. The company has seemed to address both these points recently. There is a strong focus on branding the company’s products and services. New and aggressive approaches have been put in to acquire new customers. The new management team has the right attitude and focus on growing the business and achieving the delivery excellence. It would take some time for these efforts to show the results, but the ball has started rolling in the right direction.
Cons
The legacy issues, sometimes, become the hurdles and slow down the pace. But, it is yet to be seen if the management has a strong will to overcome these challenges and put the company in the new direction.
