If you can talk in front of the CEO, Arshad, and tell him some revenue stories, you can survive without doing much.
Cons
The culture here is suffocating. They pretend to be a global company with multiple locations, but the fact is that it is a 100% PK-centric company. You will have no respect even if you are highly talented if you are a foreigner (from any other country other than PK). A few PK executives are the ones who rule over everyone else under the support of the CEO, Arshad. It is not a global company. It is run like a PK local mon-n-shop culture. Do not join here if you have self respect and care about your career.
