Pros
There is NO bureaucracy. Anyone you'd like to speak to at any level within the company is a walk or message away. It feels like all parts of this company are accessible by design, as every employee holds ownership of the company. Because of this, there is an authentic "family" culture at Visionist where everyone would like to support each other. You won't find any rat race here, and there are plenty of free events to get to know your coworkers closer. The benefits are great and beat most competitors.
Cons
There are certainly cons to the government contracting industry that Visionist can't shield you from. These cons include clearance processing, government customers, contract funding, etc. Visionist's great team tries to support you throughout these issues, but there is only so much they can do within this industry.
