From day one, I started looking for other jobs. Toxic culture, they sounds very supportive only if you from specific countries. Bullying happened few times. If you are career driven person, this is not the place. There is no development. No employees benefits - especially this is non profit organization.

Helping clients to remain living in their own home. Meeting lovely people. Hours to suit. In control of doing a good job.

The clients get frustrated with Vision West not keeping them informed about the appointment times.
