      A few employees who deeply care about each other and keep work fun, interesting, and a positive environment. Good benefits, some PTO.

      Cons

      The atmosphere is very, "we work until we're dead". Salaried employees are constantly burnt out, and hourly employees aren't really valued.

      VSL is one of the best places to work because you will have wusch a great and friendly team. The chance to connect with the hospitality any tourism community, as well as learn more about Salt Lake itself, is so valuable and exciting for anyone.
