      I worked from home 100% of the time.

      Cons

      Unorganized new hire on-boarding and training. The staff suffered because of inner fighting amongst managers. Management does not facilitate a positive work environment.

      Family oriented, willing to work with personal scheduling needs

      poor processes, poor training, no process for improvement, breaks promises to help employees improve, no performance improve plan process in place
