The management are very warm and welcoming and are keen for feedback from staff. All of the staff are friendly and sociable, great teams, and they're willing to help out if needed. The company is growing really quickly and the quality of the clients that we're doing business with give me assurance that company and it's directors are well respected.

Can't really think of what else I could expect a company to do for me that they don't do already, so I'll say no cons.

Transparency of business plans/strategy. Frequent updates from CEO to all staff, hybrid working, open and approachable management team. Genuine progression and rewards for everyone.

None that spring to mind.
