MANAGEMENT- They tell you that they want your feedback. Don't bother. Sitting with co-workers right now. It is a hot topic that regarding feed back. Once you give it, it is easily disregarded or doesn't get anywhere. Upper management knows it all.... Interesting that they don't even know who the direct service staff are or the members that are enrolled. Yet- they know how to tell you what to do. As a direct service staff- we actually know what to do with the members. Management treats the lower staff as nothing. They need to recognized the core of the company is teamwork-everyone has an important role in the company.
