Pros

Some good people and a decent software platform.

Cons

You sell software to 70+ year old, non-technical people that most likely don't even have an email address. It's like selling to a child. Which is how this company makes you feel. You have to keep to a very tight script/process and read verbatim as if you are a robot. You are recorded while on the phone and have meetings the next day centered around your calls for everyone to monitor and criticize. Lots of meetings about having meetings... You have designated 15 minute breaks in the morning and afternoon. With a 1 hour lunch break all at different times. The phone never rings inbound so why stager the breaks/lunches. Does it really matter? The problem is if you take your break/lunch, you'll be scrutinized for it.
