Pros

virutal company - work from home - nice people - if they stay long enough as turnover is very high with VBS

Cons

company is in constant turmoil and change; ownership modifies the comp.plan and programs on a whim, and is never chance to effectively grow in a position. Change is constant and change management is lacking. Employees get their arms and head around a new model and then it is dropped and changed again. There is no real leadership in the organization.

Pros

Ethics - they preach on "Do the right thing" - that point is driven home as well as making sure everyone has clear and practical path to be successful in whatever they do. Mgt very available - willing to invest to improve.

Cons

There are still a few people who don't exhibit the values and just focus on themselves. Not the place if you're not 100 percent capable of making rapid progress - very high expectations. Old mgt used to not make the tough decisions when someone was dragging team down - that seems to have gotten better with the new mgt team and system they are using.

Pros

This is a nimble company who can change course when needed to provide clear and practical solutions to clients as well as access to leadership by all team members. Strong Core Values are at the heart of this organization and permeates throughout. A virtual workplace which manages to foster camaraderie and collaboration.

Cons

Working in a virtual setting is not for everyone and requires discipline and strong and thorough communication skills. This may be a challenge for someone if they prefer a more traditional working environment.
