I work in a place with a very nice environment among the people, and when the leadership relies on the team, the workplace is a much nicer place. Employees get along very well, you can feel the good energy and the positivism. VCC gives their employees a voice. I feel valued here.
Cons
We are in a transition period of growing, and this can bring changes of mindset. When you embrace the change with a proactive mindset and a determination to grow, the "con" will become a "pro". Change is truly inevitable and will happen at some point.
