      Pros

      Location is good. Workers are great to work with from supervisors, coordinators, team leads and floor associates. Quality has a strong presence.

      Cons

      Upper management micro manages. Low benefits. High turnover. Many layoffs. Power/Ego struggle within upper management. Hard to determine who is running plant. Upper management is not trustworthy.
