Pros
Since beginning at Visual Workplace, Inc. I've had the pleasure of learning a lot and being hands on with growth and process improvements. The owner encourages feedback and ideas. Very detail oriented, with solid SOPs in place, while not being afraid to improve processes or try something different as needed. Micromanaging is not an issue here - you are trusted to do your job, and thanks to the established processes, it's easy to complete projects. The culture is phenomenal. Each department works closely with each other. I have yet to see or experience negative behavior from a coworker. Everyone seems to get along, and comes to work to do their jobs. It's obvious that the owner cares for each employee. She values each person and department equally. I look forward to going to work each day.
