The colleagues were all wonderful to work with. Easily reaching compromise and understanding differing opinions. Location is also pretty great with the food options and avoiding the major commute traffic. Very flexible on what days you wish to come into the office.
Cons
Pretty far behind with their tech stack (about 5 years behind). Lots of tech debt customizing solutions quickly rather than investing in the core engine. In desperate need of a triage overhaul - top level execs putting in stories while they're on a call with a customer and no line of visibility into what really needs to be the focus.
