Pros

Brilliant people, teams are all very close. Flexi time is great if you can use it.

Cons

Visualsoft likes to present one thing for PR purposes when in reality the situation is entirely different. Not as flexible as they make out to be at all! Senior management never listen to staff concerns regarding changes to the business and this has lead to a lot of resignations. Some staff are having to work 10 hour days to meet unnatainable KPI's
