Dont get paid near enough what you should based on the work you do. Management are not considerate at all. Selfish work environment. No balanced work life. Get treated like a machine. Different rules depending on your position. Expected to come early and frowned upon to leave on time. Office environment is boring. Get bullied by senior management. Management can be very deceitful. No care for your family needs. 0 appreciation for the hard work you put in. Toxic work environment which you realise once youre out of this place. Got called useless by senior management infront of everyone. Got told i cant take my daughter to her emergency doctors appointment. 3 engineers left within the space of months because of the toxic work culture.
