Great Culture and Management Team with plenty of opportunity for career growth. Stable industry (didn't slow down during the pandemic and not impacted by economy).

Off every weekend, but on call once a month. Remote work, lunch and breaks.

Everything else. The pay is laughable. The insurance is too expensive. There is no company moral. You're preforming multiple job's with 1 very low hourly pay. Favoritism with supervisors is rampant. No yearly raise. Micromanaged to the minute of the end of your shift. Supervisors continually threatening to hand out corrective actions like employee's are their children. No transparency about day to day job changes or anything else. How we do our job changes very frequently and we should know how to work those changes without training. Supervisors need a refresher on how to supervise, they are afraid of the VP. I love what I do day to day, but this is an awful company to work for.
