Pros
-I spent 8 years at Vitech right out of college. I learned a lot in more areas than I could have imagined. -The best part about working here was the set of skills, lessons learned, and experience that I walked away with. All that have helped me in other aspects in my career in ways I couldn't have foreseen. -Casual atmosphere (almost to a fault) -Fun people -Travel opportunities to different areas. -You will always be doing something new
Cons
-At some point you either have to commit to being a lifetime consultant who travels and works irregular hours. Or you will hit the limit to how far you can rise up in the company. -Some would argue it's not the best job for people with families. It's nearly impossible to have kids and have both parents working due to irregular schedule. -You learn one way to do things. The Vitech way. That's a good and bad thing for a persons skill set -Irregular overall benefits/compensation package. -Travel gets old
