Relatively easy for anyone living in Ventura County to commute to. Used to be a great company. Great for anyone eager to accept a lot of responsibility. Best place for design engineers and executives.

Since 2006 company has been on steady decline. The management changeout has left employees in the dark most of the time. Individual departments and facilities do not play well together. Upper management changes direction at least semi-annually. Now, it's all about the VP level and above (including the BOD)
