Pros

You are never bored. Pretty casual environment unless you work on the top floor of the executive suite. Company is attempting to spread out across the U.S. with better rates, less freight damage and all around new business model. There is possible room for growth in a few years if the new ideas implemented are successful. The upper eschelon of management has a set tiered responsibility, which allows for accountability.

Cons

There are too many older "PJAX" legacy employees that can't seem to break out of the "well we used to do it this way," mentality. The Server farm was overburdened and made conpleting the most menial tasks, daunting. There seems to be a significant trend of ambiguity in the responsibilities of lower positions at the company. You may work for Accounts Recieveable, or HR, but you do work for other departments as well. The pay, sub-par. You could not support yourself if you are single as an entry level assistant. Some VP's and SVP's, although educated, have lost the academic training received years ago. Knowledge of Office Suites is lacking. A report was released to the nation web site, which when open, showed elementary grammatical errors that were not corrected before publication.
