Pros

Opportunities to learn: Vitrue Health is invested in the growth of their employees. There are many opportunities for employees to learn and develop skills that can be leveraged at the company. We also have knowledge sharing sessions that allow colleagues to share learnings with each other. Meaningful work: Improving the lives of individuals by reducing musculoskeletal pain is a cause well worth working towards. I'm proud to work for a company that works so hard to better the health of millions around the world. Nice people: The people you work with are at the core of any workplace and Vitrue Health have absolutely smashed it out of the park when it comes to hiring quality people. Respectful and friendly are traits that come to mind when I think of the people I work with. Every single member of the team is a breath of fresh air.

Cons

Being a startup, sometimes there is a lack of existing processes/structure. This might be challenging for those that value order and working within tried and tested systems.

Pros

Everyone is passionate about the product and dedicated to the mission of reducing musculoskeletal pain like back, neck, and shoulder pain. Positive, healthy, and happy culture and people. Great team that holds each other accountable. It's a small company and every person has a voice that matters. No idea is a bad idea. Everyone is very friendly and it’s a ‘family like’ environment. Excellent work-life balance. The CEO and CTO very much care about the health of their employees and it shows. Love having the option for hybrid working. We are allowed to work Mondays and Fridays from home. Some people choose to come into the office every day which is nice if you want company. Provides all the equipment that you need...new phone booth coming soon!!

Cons

Can't think of any cons. Just want to highlight that we are a fast-moving startup so tasks change quickly. You need to be comfortable with adjusting your priorities and voicing your opinion.
